About Us
In early 2003, while assessing the huge population of Glock® pistols in use by Law Enforcement & Government agencies, both domestically & worldwide, we recognized that there was a population of "steel is real" diehard users not using Glocks® because of their polymer frames.
Considering the greater muzzle control advantage the low barrel bore axis of the Glocks® offers, we felt it would be an attractive option for that "steel is real" crowd if there were an alloy replacement frame offered for the Glock® models. Building a new alloy frame would also allow us the opportunity to incorporate design features that we felt both law enforcement and commercial market users would appreciate. Once the decision was made to proceed with the project, our design goal became to design and incorporate function and ergonomic features that offer a user advantages they would appreciate, both on duty & at the range and not achievable nor available in polymer.
While our primary market would obviously be the Law Enforcement market, we recognized commercial market Glock® owners would also appreciate the options and ergonomics our CCF RaceFrames® LLC alloy frame offers and the opportunities an alloy frame offers for customization & tuning. While the majority of the Law Enforcement market would prefer a Stainless Steel frame for it's greater muzzle taming and recoil absorption, the Concealed Carry user would prefer the lightness of an aluminum frame. And for those wanting a compromise between light carry weight versus range weight, we added Titanium as the third alloy choice.
We feel we've taken perfection to the next level - visit a stocking dealer and see for yourself.
